Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Applications to participate in the bidding procedure at the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru) shall be submitted specifying the rate in rubles, and a commercial proposal completed in the form of Attachment 1, specifying haul rate, shall be attached.
Commercial proposal form is provided in Attachment 1 to this commercial request. Applications submitted to B2B-Center e-marketplace with no commercial proposal attached (in the form of Attachment 1), will not be considered.
In case the participants have any questions (including those concerning the use of digital signature), they can contact support service using the phone numbers given at the e-marketplace (7610, 7321 extension numbers), as well as they can call the hot line or leave a message via “Support” section.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
