Auto-extension

This request for proposals is not a bidding or a public tender within the meaning Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus thus procedure does not impose the corresponding volume of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer. The Customer may cancel the procedure at any stage without bearing any responsibilities towards the Bidders. The Organizer reserves his right to extend and (or) change the date of consideration of bids and the date of announcement of the results of the prequalification of bidders.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
