Payment terms:- отсрочка платежа 35 календарных дней или путем оформления Покупателем в пользу Продавца гарантированного платежа с отсрочкой исполнения через 45 календарных дней (гарантированный платеж оформляется Покупателем в пользу Продавца в срок 7 календарных дней с момента подписания акта приема-передачи) с оплатой на счет в ПриватБанке
- аккредитив, предоставление документов в банк для осуществления платежа не ранее 35 календарных дней
- предоплата против предоставления Продавцом банковской гарантии возврата авансового платежа в том же объеме
Оплата производится в том числе против следующих документов:
- счет-фактура
- документ, удостоверяющий качество продукции
- акт приема-передачи по количеству и качеству, подписанный Сторонами на складе Заказчика.
