Comments:
The procedure, description and conditions of the procurement procedure are given in the Information Sheet (Appendix No. 1).

KP are submitted in 2 formats (signed KP and in editable excel format).

Service period: 2 years.

Fixing the price in rubles for the duration of the contract.
Post-payment - 30 working days.

The contract form is T&M+FP. The form of the contract as amended by the Customer is mandatory and cannot be changed by the Contractor.

Please note that the documents for accreditation in accordance with section 5 of the information sheet must be submitted to the b2b ETP before the end date of the request stage.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Дополнительная информация для участников закупочных процедур ООО "МВМ":Обращаем Ваше внимание на то, что настоящее Приглашение не является извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса) или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447-449 ч.1 ГК РФ, ст. 1057-1061 ч.2 ГК РФ. Порядок проведения данной закупочной процедуры предусматривает разумную конфиденциальность сторон относительно всех полученных в процессе проведения процедуры сведений, в том числе содержащихся в настоящем приглашении и полученных предложениях. Предоставление этой информации другим Участникам или третьим лицам возможно только в случаях, прямо предусмотренных действующим законодательством РФ.
