Comments: The procedure is two–stage:
stage 1 - prequalification,
Stage 2 – request for commercial proposals.
Participants are required to fill in and upload:
- application for participation in the tender (according to the form in the attachment),
- qualification questionnaire with appendices in the form of LLC "Glavstroy-SPb specialized developer" (download from the website glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders),
- the company's presentation (in accordance with the requirements specified in the "Qualification Requirements" file), containing:
1. Presentation of the company, product and service, the tariff that it includes, for the projects of the residential complex "Yuntolovo" and the residential complex "Severnaya Dolina".
2. Entering the TOP 10 in the segment "Research. Call Tracking" from Adindex.
3. The accuracy of determining the source of calls and appeals (at least 96%).
4. The presence of developers using call tracking services that are in the TOP 10 in St. Petersburg / Moscow. The presence of successful cases with developers.
5. Availability of technical support and a personal manager 24/7.
6. The level of integration of components.
7. The level of detail of reports and analytics.
8. Extensibility of the functionality.
To get the ID number of the qualification questionnaire (required when filling out the Application for participation), you need to download it through the Glavstroy-SPb website
Instructions for filling out the questionnaire:
1. "Download the questionnaire and its appendices" on the page glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders
2. Prepare the appendices to the questionnaire in pdf format and the questionnaire in excel format.
3. By clicking the button "Send the completed questionnaire with applications", open the user form for filling in (entering the prepared files).
4. Enter the email address in the user form to receive the ID number of the questionnaire.
Please note that the documents
1. they must be drawn up strictly according to the established forms, filled in in full (including "YES" marks in the questionnaire on sheets 7-8 "specialization", according to the company's activities and subject to experience in performing these types of work),
2. signed by the head and certified by the seal of the organization.
The data uploaded by you is the basis for making a decision on the admission of the organization to the tender.
Criteria for evaluating applicants:
1. The total budget of the placement (by KP).
2. Availability of technical support and a 24/7 personal manager (At least 1 person per project. Round-the-clock technical support)
3. Flexible financial conditions (Work on post-payment and letter of guarantee)
4. The accuracy of determining the source of calls and messages (not less than 96%) (up to keywords).
5. Relevant experience (Number of years on the market).
6. The level of integration components (Integration with different services: Yandex Direct, Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram, VK, myTarget, shapes Lead Ads in Facebook and Instagram, VK, myTarget, as well as with the Turbo pages Yandex. 7. The level of detail of reports and analytics (Detailed statistics and for all traffic. Detailed reports on calls in the context of each site, traffic source, dashboards, assignment of access levels for different users, etc.).
8. Extensibility of functionality (Variety of widgets, multi-buttons, chats, forms, etc.).
9. Availability of developers using call tracking services included in the TOP 10 in St. Petersburg/Moscow. The presence of successful cases with developers (Confirmation of profile. Cases with results within the framework of using the system).
10. Presentation of the company, product and service, credibility, quality (clarity, visibility, reasonableness) of the presentation, etc.
Proposals and applications of participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document, in pdf format with the signature of the head of the organization and the seal of the organization.
Those participants who have passed the preliminary qualification selection under this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure. This prequalification is not a notice of bidding and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who participated in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This prequalification is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage, without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and (or) change the date of consideration of Participants' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
