Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Experience in providing similar services. Provision of similar services for Russian large financial sector companies in the period from 2019 to 2022.
It is confirmed by a cover letter indicating the names of the project, the name of the customer, the deadlines for the implementation of projects, links to accounts. If necessary, you will need to provide copies of the acts of rendering services (without commercial information and personal data).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Квалификация Участника:Оценивается опыт оказания аналогичных услуг по контентному наполнению и развитию официальных аккаунтов в социальных сетях (Фейсбук, ВКонтакте, Инстаграм, Одноклассники) для российских федеральных компаний (действующих вне пределов одного региона) в период с 2017 по 2023 годы.
Подтверждается сопроводительным письмом с указанием наименования проекта, наименования заказчика, сроков реализации проектов, URL-адресов. При необходимости необходимо будет предоставить копии актов оказания услуг (без коммерческой информации и персональных данных).
Критерии допуска:1. Срок существования юридического лица не менее 5 лет.
2. Опыт оказания услуг SMM компаниям финансового сектора.
