Payment is made within 10 calendar days from the date of signing the waybills (waybills) by transferring funds to the supplier's current account or in another way not prohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. If invoices are not submitted within the established time limit, the calculation of the payment deadline (30 calendar days) begins from the moment the invoice is submitted (this condition applies if the supplier is a VAT payer.

Delivery terms:
Terms and volumes of transportation: from the moment of signing the specification (no later than 05/01/2026) The need for 1 month. Approximate monthly volume: Basic, 18 – 5 000 tons, Latnenskaya, 3 – 20 000 tons. Delivery in batches (according to customer bids submitted 5 working days before delivery by e-mail) from 500 to 800 tons per day from Monday to Friday, delivery is not planned on Saturday and Sunday.
Provide the Customer with the following documents within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of confirmation of the fact of transportation specified in the Bid:
- Originals of transport documents with the signature and seal of the Consignee;
- Other shipping documents in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation or the terms of this Agreement;
- The act of completed works.
- The original invoice for transportation services.
The consignment note is drawn up by the shipper in four copies with the obligatory filling in of the following details: the name of the sender, recipient, payer (Customer), the name of the cargo, the weight of the cargo being transported, the time of delivery of the vehicle for loading and the time of the end of loading.
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
