Within the agreed period of the year, submit a Standard Commercial Offer (TCP) and a participant's questionnaire via the trading platform interface or send it to the MODIS Non-commercial Procurement department (see attachments). The documents (filled out by the TAP and the Questionnaire) must be submitted in an editable format, as well as in a non – editable format-scanned copies in pdf signed with the seal of the organization. It is not allowed to make changes to the terms of the TAP, delete rows, or change the structure of tables.
Additionally, you must provide:
- reference information about the relevant experience of the company on similar services, deliveries and works for the previous and current year (any form);
- company presentation, reference list (free form);
Based on the results of the review of the submitted documents, copies of the constituent documents, the company's balance sheet, an electronic extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, documents on good faith, and other information may be additionally requested.
Based on the results of the first stage, a re-auction will be held among a limited closed number of participants.
