Services for the placement and management of advertising campaigns: display, contextual, targeted advertising, classifieds, OLV, other online advertising and services.
Comments: The procedure is two-stage:
stage 1 - prequalification, stage 2 - request for commercial proposals.
Participants are required to upload to the B2B Center ETP:
- Application for participation in the tender (form in the attachment),
- qualification questionnaire with appendices in the form of LLC "Glavstroy-SPb specialized developer" (download from the website www.glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders),
- the company's presentation (details in the "Qualification Requirements" file), containing:
1. Presentation of Credentials and the strategic vision of the Republic of Armenia for the promotion of the projects of the residential complex "Yuntolovo" and the residential complex "Severnaya Dolina".
2. The presence of successful cases with developers in the TOP 10 in St. Petersburg.
3. Information:
about the project team (number) with 24/7 access and profile experience of team members;
about entering the TOP 10 of the RA in the segment "Lead Generation/CPA" from Adindex;
about the breadth of the proposed tools;
the availability of valid certificates in DV360, Google, Yandex, Facebook, Mytarget, VK.
To get the ID number of the qualification questionnaire (required when filling out the Application for participation), you need to download it through the Glavstroy-SPb website
Instructions for filling out the questionnaire:
1. "Download the questionnaire and its appendices" on the page www.glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders
2. prepare the appendices to the questionnaire in pdf format and the questionnaire in excel format.
3. By clicking the button "Send the completed questionnaire with applications", open the user form for filling in (entering the prepared files).
4. Enter the email address in the user form to receive the ID number of the questionnaire.
Please note that the documents
1. they must be drawn up strictly according to the established forms, filled in in full (including "YES" marks in the questionnaire on sheets 7-8 "specialization", according to the company's activities and subject to experience in performing these types of work),
2. signed by the head and certified by the seal of the organization.
The data uploaded by you is the basis for making a decision on the admission of the organization to the tender.
Evaluation criteria:
1. Presentation of Credentials and strategic vision of the Republic of Armenia for the promotion of the projects of the residential complex "Yuntolovo" and the residential complex "Severnaya Dolina".
2. The presence of successful cases with developers in the TOP 10 in St. Petersburg.
3. A team for a project with 24/7 access and profile experience of team members.
4. Entering the TOP 10 of the RA in the "Lead Generation/CPA" segment from Adindex.
5. The availability of valid certificates in DV360, Google, Yandex, Facebook, Mytarget, VK.
Proposals and applications of participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document, in pdf format with the signature of the head of the organization and the seal of the organization.
Those participants who have passed the preliminary qualification selection under this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure. This prequalification is not a notice of bidding and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who participated in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This prequalification is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage, without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and (or) change the date of consideration of Participants' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
