1. Ask technical questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. Requirements for the preparation of a technical and commercial proposal, a list of necessary documents from the Participant of the request for proposals (legal entity, individual entrepreneur), the signing of the Supply Agreement are indicated in the Documentation section.
In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.

3. The priority proposals are proposals with the full content of meeting the requirements of the attached terms of reference.

4. The validity period of the price offer is at least 60 days.

5. The cost of the offer must be constant for the entire period (written confirmation).

6. This request for proposals is not a tender (public tender) notice or
public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In this way,
