Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account / The Contractor on the first working Thursday (whichever comes first) after 7-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD, the payment term under the contract is determined by the Bidder independently from the specified range and is set in the Contract concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 60 calendar days)
The decision on the choice of the winner will be made on the most favorable terms for Tatshina LLC using a financial calculator (Appendix 8. "Financial documents". Financial calculator), taking into account economic feasibility. In case of readiness to submit an offer with a deferred payment exceeding 60 calendar days, the Bidder must attach a letter indicating the extended period of deferred payment (on the company's letterhead) as part of the documentation.
For this Call for Bidding, there is support for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). If the difference between the best offer and the offer of the SME entity is not more than 10%, then the SME entity is determined as the winner
