Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment by the Customer of services will be made monthly upon delivery of services, without advance payment, within 30 calendar days after the signing by both parties of the act on the provision of services and the receipt by the customer of a report on the services rendered, the original invoice, invoice and the act on the provision of services, duly executed way.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
