| Условия оплаты: | If the Bidder (Contractor) wins the tender, the Customer pays for the Contractor's Services rendered by wire transfer of funds within 32 calendar days from the date of signing the Agent's Report/An act of completed works to the relevant Appendix, subject to receipt by the Customer of properly executed original invoices for payment and invoices issued in accordance with the current legislation on taxes and fees of the Russian Federation, as well as, in case of involvement of a third party, with the attachment of duly certified copies of primary documents (including invoices) received by the Contractor from third parties, and containing the allocated amount of the Contractor's remuneration for the execution of the Customer's Order. If the specified events occur on different dates, then the term begins to flow from the latest date. The obligation to pay shall be deemed duly fulfilled after the funds have been debited from the Customer's current account in full. |
