Auto-extension

Payment terms:The Buyer pays for the delivered Goods within 60 banking days from the date of delivery and launch of the equipment by the Buyer on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier and the Acceptance and Transfer Act signed by both Parties. The date of payment is the date of the Buyer's bank's mark of acceptance of the payment for execution.
Delivery terms:The Supplier is obliged to deliver the Goods within 60 calendar days to the destination and bear all risks of loss or damage to the Goods until it is handed over to the Buyer at the Destination and the Act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods is signed.
