Payment terms:Payment for the Products shall be made to the Supplier upon delivery on the basis of the invoice within 60 calendar days (within 30 calendar days for SMEs) from the date the Consignee approves the Incoming Inspection Act after receipt of the Products of good quality and in the proper completeness. Delivery terms: the Supplier’s transport to the consignee’s warehouse (Balakovo NPP), at the Supplier’s expense.
