Auto-extension

2. A prerequisite for submitting an alternative offer that includes an advance payment is the registration or availability of a bank guarantee. 1. The start of work from the moment the winner of the tender is announced no later than 02/09/2026.
2. Admission of the Customer (opening group) building for the installation of technical equipment until 11/05/2026.
The construction readiness of the premises of the facility is sufficient for admission according to Appendix 3_Borovskoe highway of the Customer
3. Admission of the Customer (opening group) to non-capital structures of street warehouse infrastructure for packing goods until 12/01/2026, taking into account 100% readiness of these structures.
4. Receipt of the ZOS - until 02/19/2027.
After the development of the tax code, the contractor needs to prepare estimated calculations in terms or in the form of a calculation in the form agreed with the Customer, while the total cost of estimated calculations should correspond to the final amount of the tender procedure.
Estimates should be grouped in accordance with the codifier of the Customer's fixed assets (see Appendix No. 4)
The registration of the completed works is carried out according to the above estimates. Certificates of completed works are presented to the Customer together with the cumulative statement.
