Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account on the basis of an invoice issued by the Contractor within 30 calendar days after the parties sign the act of acceptance and transfer of services performed and other documents confirming the actual performance of work (once a quarter).
Delivery terms:The agreement comes into force from the moment it is signed by both parties, but no later than from 07/01/2026 and is valid until 07/01/2027.
