Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension with settings
If within the last 15 minutes before bid submission deadline the best offer changes, bid submission deadline in the call for bids will be automatically extended by 15 minutes from the time when the latest bid was submitted.

Payment terms:Cashless form of payment, 100% postpay after delivery of each batch of equipment. Payment shall be made in RUB within 35 calendar days from provision of the originals of duly executed tax invoices, consignment notes to the Customer.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: no more than 60 calendar days from the date of placing the order, unless otherwise specified in the specification.

Delivery is carried out to addresses in accordance with the statement of work and the address program.

A MANDATORY CONDITION for participation in the procedure is ATTACHMENT on the site filled in excel / word, as well as scanned copies signed by an authorized person and the stamp of the organization of the originals of the FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

1. Application Specification;
2. Qualification Questionnaire;
3. KA card;
4. Regulations;
5. Letter of consent to the basic conditions.
