Maintaining accounts in the categories: "FMCG" or "Retail" or "Marketplace" - at least 2x on Instagram or VK or Tiktok with at least 250 thousand subscribers in each account over the past 2 years (attach a link to the accounts and the period of their maintenance)
Consent to post-payment for 60 days (attach a scan of the letter on the official letterhead)

EDS is not required
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
