Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Post-payment, delay of 5 working days, comment: OPTION 1 Post-payment, with a delay of 90 calendar days. At the same time, within 3 (three) banking days from the date of conclusion of the Contract (signing of the specification), the Buyer provides the Seller with a bank guarantee for a period of 1 year in the amount of at least 100% (one hundred percent) of the value of the export volume of aircraft specified in the Bid specification for the Competitive Bidding Process. Payment under the Agreement is made by the Buyer no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days after the Seller provides the Buyer with the payment documents specified in the Agreement. If the amount of the Buyer's debt for the previously shipped aircraft reaches 90% of the bank guarantee limit, the Seller reserves the right to stop the shipment of aircraft until this debt is reduced to values below 90%. OPTION 2 Prepayment. Settlement under the Contract takes place on a prepaid basis, in the order of 100% prepayment of the weekly bid, within 3 (three) business days from the date of confirmation of the Bid (X5 sends a Bid for removal from the next week to Contractual Counterparty weekly on Wednesdays). OPTION 3 Post-payment, with a delay of 5 working days. Within 3 (three) banking days from the date of conclusion of the Contract (signing of the specification), the Buyer pays the Seller a security payment. Payment under the Agreement is made by the Buyer weekly, within 5 (five) business days after the Seller provides the Buyer with the payment documents specified in the Agreement..
