Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:• Method and terms of payment: non-cash payment form, 100% postpayment, within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery (provided that the counterparty provides the Customer with the originals of the original accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD) correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation).
Delivery terms:• The period of cooperation is from March 2020.
• Delivery procedure in accordance with the schedule agreed by the Parties.
• Works are accepted at the address of the Customer: Moscow, st. Krylatskaya, d.37.
• Be sure to provide the participant’s portfolio, as well as a reference list (indicate completed projects).
• It is mandatory to provide an estimate of the project in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this invitation.

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.
