A framework agreement will be concluded with the winner of the competition with a validity period until 31.12.2022.

Mandatory requirements (not an exhaustive list, the remaining qualification requirements will be presented in the full set of tender documentation) imposed on the participants of the competition:
1) The participant is a member of the international media holding
2) The agency's annual turnover is at least 5 billion rubles for the last reporting year – in accordance with the OFR (line 2110)
3) The date of registration of the legal entity is no later than 01.01.2018.
