Условия оплаты:• The method and terms of payment - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-pay. Payment is made by the Customer within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of completion (signing of the Certificate of Completion) and receipt of the invoice from the Contractor. Payment confirmed payment order marked by the bank for payment (subject to the provision by the Contractor to the Customer originals properly drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation primary accounting documents (invoices, delivery notes, DFC)).
Условия поставки:• Cooperation Period - 1 year from the date of the decision on the choice of contractor. By the expiry of the specified period a new tender for the next period is going to be held.

Comments:
To obtain a permit to participate in the closed bidding step is necessary:
• Meet the criteria for qualification;
