Advance payment is not provided. Payment for the services rendered shall be made on the basis of the primary accounting document signed by the Parties on the first working Friday after the expiration of 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the invoice for
payment and the invoice issued in
accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.
Other payment terms are not considered.
Delivery terms:
3 (three) years from the date of signing the contract with
the condition of cost indexation 1 time per year.
Delivery basis: BTF facilities (
non–public railway line Naryn - Gazimursky-
Plant, 227 km), 4 separate points: Naryn station
1, rzd. Ust-Ozerny, Alexandrovsky
Plant station, Gazimursky Plant station; in the water areas and in
water protection and coastal zones (Gazimur River,
Baelka River, Pillow River, Kokui River, Sukhoi Log River
, Akshinga River, Kamenka River, Pad. Tabunikha, b/n creek,
Shivio River, Kulinda River, Bayan Pad, Ildinka River,
Sukhodol).
