This tender is divided into 19 lots. You can provide your technical and commercial offers both for the entire tender volume and for the lots you are interested.
When applying for the lot, it is necessary to apply for the whole volume of the lot, and specify the tariff for all types of services played in the lot.
The winners of the tender will be selected for each lot separately.
Requirements for staffing and technical equipment are given to each lot. Please read the "Requirements and information on lots" file carefully
The proposed requirements for the services provided are given in the Technical Specification to this tender.
In case of changes in the number of objects in operation of management companies specified in the tender documentation, the address list of the serviced objects will be updated before signing contracts with the winners of the tender.

4. FILE USING INFORMATION "Requirements and information on lots"
The "Requirements and information on lots" file contains the information necessary for the formation of the tariff:
• full address list for lots;
• full information on each ICD; $
• requirements for staffing and technical equipment;
• frequency of service delivery; $
• etc.
IMPORTANT!
The table for each lot shows the areas. Calculation of the cost of the contract will be made from the retractable area (by services), namely in the table they are called: "Area of the MOS General", "Area of parking", "Area of garbage chamber ", "PT Square". The total values of the area by lot are located in the first "Name" column in each lot.
Pay attention! The accrued area, the area of the MOS of the 1st and 2nd floors in the table are presented additionally for viewing (in calculations are not involved).
In the file, each excel sheet is a lot. In each lot, groups of objects are formed by Operating Services, which can be hidden and disclosed. As well as the information on periodicity by services is grouped.
3. INFORMATION ON FILLING AND SENDING OF TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL OFFER ("Application for Participation" file):
Techno-commercial offer is grouped into lots.
In the technical and commercial offer it is necessary to fill all the cells highlighted in green: company name, tariff, qualification information.
Table "Qualification information" is mandatory to fill in!
In the Qualification Information table, you must strictly select/fill the values from the proposed parentheses (...).
In the technical and commercial offer is FORBILLED (!!!) change values in all cells except green!
The technical and commercial offer must be attached to the ETP in two formats:
1. Filled format "Excel" — necessarily completed (no need to certify it);
2. Scan in pdf format. It is necessary to do so.
