accounting document signed by the Parties on the first working Thursday after
the expiration of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date
of receipt by the Customer of the invoice for payment [and
the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements
of the current legislation].
Payment is made minus
the guarantee deduction in the amount of 10% of the cost
of the work performed. Payment of the guarantee deduction is made
on the basis of a document signed by the Parties
confirming the end of the warranty period on the
first working Thursday after the expiration of 30
(thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt
