Payment terms:
Payment of the permanent and variable parts is made by the Customer within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of signing by the Customer without comments of the Act of acceptance of completed works (services) and/or Acts in the form of KS-2, Cost certificates in the form of KS-3, UPD.
Delivery terms:
The period of rendering services is 12 months with the possibility of prolongation.
The beginning of the provision of services – from the date of signing the certificates of acceptance and transfer of equipment for maintenance, but not more than 30 calendar days from the date of signing the Contract.
