Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Payment terms:
Option 1. Payment in advance using a commercial loan
The advance payment in the amount of 20% of the cost of the work is paid on the first working Thursday after the expiration of 15 working days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the invoice for the advance payment and subject to the provision by the Supplier of an independent guarantee for the amount of the advance, which has a validity period that expires not earlier than the deadline for the fulfillment of obligations, plus 45 (forty-five) working days. The guarantor Bank is coordinated with the Customer.
Payment for the work performed shall be made minus the amount of the credited advance payment on the basis of the primary accounting document signed by the Parties within 360 (three hundred and sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the work.
The deferral of payment is granted on the terms of a commercial loan, which provides for the payment by the Customer to the Supplier of interest for the use of a commercial loan in accordance with the procedure and on the terms of the contract.
Interest for the use of a commercial loan is accrued on the amount of the monetary obligation for the work undertaken, starting from the 15th day of deferral of payment (inclusive) in the amount of the key rate of the Bank of Russia (in% per annum), effective for each calendar day of the interest calculation period for the use of a commercial loan, increased by X% (the amount of the increase is agreed by the parties on the date of signing contract), for the amount of actual debt (minus security payments), based on the actual number of days of use of a commercial loan.
Payment of interest for the use of a commercial loan is made after the provision of the originals of the primary accounting documents on a monthly basis based on the interest calculation received from the Supplier, drawn up in the form for the past month.
The Supplier has the right to transfer its rights under the contract to third parties with the prior written consent of the Customer. Written consent, including the signing of a Notification of factoring in the form agreed by the parties.
Option 2. Payment without an advance using a commercial loan
Advance payment is not provided.
Payment for the work performed shall be made on the basis of the primary accounting document signed by the Parties within 360 (three hundred and sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the work.
