Payment for the services rendered is made on the first working Thursday after the expiration of 70 (seventy) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the services (if the primary accounting document (hereinafter referred to as the PUD) is issued on paper) or from the latest of two dates: the date of acceptance of the services / receipt by the Customer of the original document (if the PUD is issued in the form of electronic a document signed with an electronic signature).
Payment for the services provided is subject to the provision of originals, compliance with the rules of their registration and, if applicable, signing by both Parties.:
- PUD;
- invoices;
- invoices for payment.
If the original documents are provided in less than 5 days before the date of payment, payment is made no earlier than the first working Thursday after the expiration of 5 days from the date of their submission.
