Comments: Please note that there are several lots in the request for commercial proposals.
A participant can apply for participation in one, several or all lots.
Participants must submit proposals for all positions in the selected lots according to the file [05_Forma KP citrus_2023.xlsx].
The planned volume given in [05_form KP citrus_2023.xlsx] can be changed both up and down.
To participate, you must fill out and attach to your application by 16:00 Moscow time on June 23, 2023 all the documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements (Appendix No. 4 Form of Compliance with the requirements of 2023).
All documents must contain the name of the document.
Attention! Participants who have not sent a full package of documents through the "B2B-Center" system or who have sent documents filled out in an inappropriate way, as well as participants who do not meet at least one of the criteria given in Appendix [04_Anketa compliance requirements_2023.xlsx], are not allowed to the 2nd stage of the procedure and do not participate in the further selection.
Questions within the procedure are accepted until 15:00 (Moscow time) 22.06.2023 (questions can be sent through the "B2B-Center" system (www.b2b-center.ru ), and also send by e-mail Konkurs@x5.ru ).
