Payment terms:100% of the price of the Goods, Works, Services shall be paid within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of delivery to the Buyer /performance of the Works, Services (from the date of signing the acts of the performed work/ services).
To ensure proper performance by the parties of payment and related obligations under framework contracts, as well as to carry out settlement operations under contracts as soon as possible and (c) $ minimum transaction costs, as well as to minimize the risk of late payments, non-payment and/or loss of funds of the parties, including due to possible unreliability or Insolvency of correspondent banks, all payments and settlements of the parties under contracts shall be made through bank accounts of the parties opened in PJSC "MTS-Bank". (Terms of opening an account in PJSC "MTS-Bank" are attached).
The Participant has the right to specify in his Offer another bank (apart from PJSC "MTS-Bank") for payments and settlements under contracts, but in case of obtaining equal conditions preference is given to the participants who have opened the account in PJSC "MTS-Bank".
Delivery terms:The price of the goods includes the cost of delivery to the warehouse of the Buyer R. Karelia g. Segezha str. Kirov 1a.
