The participant must fill out and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of the RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements [04 Qualification Requirements.xlsx] before 15:00 GMT on August 14, 2019.
All documents must contain the name of the document.
The indicated volume in the request for proposals is planned and can be changed both upwards and downwards.
A participant can apply for participation in one, several or all positions.
Positions No. 1 and No. 2 are alternative.
Positions No. 4 - No. 7 are alternative.
Positions No. 8 - No. 11 are alternative.
Participants who did not send a full package of documents through the B2B-Center system or sent documents that were not completed in an appropriate manner, as well as participants that do not meet at least one of the qualification criteria specified in Appendix No. 4, are recognized as not meeting the requirements of the documentation in the future the selection is not involved.
Questions within the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 15:00 (Moscow time) on August 12, 2019 (questions can be sent by e-mail konkurs@x5.ru, as well as posted on the electronic platform in the section "Clarifications" "). All substantive issues of the procurement procedure must be drawn up by the Participants in writing.
In case of refusal to participate in the procedure, MANDATORY inform about this, indicating the reason, before 3:00 p.m. (GMT) on August 14, 2019 at Konkurs@x5.ru.
