Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Customer Responsibilities.
1. The customer undertakes to provide the contractor with informational materials about his product, as well as the advertising product itself. The customer assumes all shipping costs for the delivery.
2. The customer provides only the device on which the video review is done. The customer does not provide all additional devices that may be required during the shooting of the video review.
3. The customer undertakes to agree on a draft video review within 15 calendar days from the date of submission by the contractor.
4. Payment by the customer is made within 30 calendar days after the publication of the video review.
Delivery terms:The tender for the creation and placement of a video review on the YOUTUBE channel should contain the following information:
1. Cost of work (including VAT and commission)
2. A proposal to select a channel on YOUTUBE that meets the following criteria: IT sector, subscribers of at least 300,000 people.
3. Copies of existing or closed contracts, the subject of which is related to the creation and placement of video clips on YOUTUBE channels.

The procurement organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the request for proposals at any stage without incurring any responsibility to the participants in the procurement procedure or to third parties to whom such an action may cause losses.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
