Supply of goods and materials for the planned 2021.

Deferred payment - at least 45 calendar days from the date of delivery

Instructions for submitting proposals:
Applicants for all positions in the Lot are allowed to participate.
File "TK Production" - information on goods
File "Price ...." contains Sheets for the corresponding Lots with information on goods and materials, with recommended reference prices - you must make an offer for each item.
Column 4 "Price per unit" - must be fixed for 1 year and provided taking into account the annual planned circulation with a sample throughout the year as required and / or an average monthly order, focused on the provided "benchmark prices".
In column 8, the total value is automatically displayed (the sum of the value for the position for the planned annual volume - after filling in Column 4), the amount for which must be indicated on the ETP - the price is displayed without VAT. The total amount is indicated at the bottom of the relevant Sheet.
Column 9 "Optimal minimum batch / circulation" - it is necessary to indicate the optimal batch / circulation of the order, taking into account the technological features of production, namely, the use of materials with minimal technological losses included in the cost of the product.
Column 10 "Comment" - if other calculation principles are applied, provide a comment.
The E-Marketplace indicates the total value of all positions of the corresponding Lot.
Confirmation of the price offer is carried out by attaching the file "Price ..." with saving all sheets and filling in all the necessary fields (indicated in red)
Name and requirement for uploaded documentation:
General requirements.
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (file PDF format in black and white);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file must indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.

What to upload to the ETP
1. A certified scanned copy of the final offer "Price ...", each sheet is signed and certified with a seal and signature, in pdf format, one file;
2. Editable version of the "Price ..." file, in excel format;
3. Partner card indicating the current contact details of the person responsible for providing information in this procedure, full name. (in full), contact phone number, e-mail - required;
4. Completed and certified file "Qualification Requirements"
5. INN, KPP, Charter, current account. Reporting, Certificate of the average headcount
Documentation from the participant must necessarily comply with the general requirements for downloadable documentation.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, and is not subject to Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
