Instructions for submitting proposals:
File "TZ_Price" The "General List" sheet contains information on the provision of relevant services according to the list, with reference (recommended) prices - you must make an offer in the appropriate column for each item. PRICES ARE INDICATED WITHOUT VAT
The sheet "Estimate of services" contains reference (settlement and planning) information on the services provided in the context of one pharmacy. The required columns are filled in automatically (after specifying prices in the "General list" sheet)
Line 40 "Cost of the Festive Opening and Promotion" (filled in automatically) contains the necessary summary information on positions, price data excluding VAT, which must be indicated on the E-Marketplace.
At the stages of rebidding, updated information is also entered from Line 40 "Cost of the Festive Opening and Promotion" after adjusting the prices and applying the updated price file.
We are considering proposals that cover the need ON THE WHOLE TERRITORY of the customer's presence (applications for ALL LOTS)
The file "Regions_Planned volume" contains information about the regions of presence and the planned volume of required services.
Confirmation of the TOTAL price offer is carried out by the application of the calculation file "TZ_Price" with saving all sheets.

Name and requirement for uploaded documentation:
General requirements.
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (file PDF format in black and white);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file must indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.
Additional Information:
1) The price offer is fixed for the entire period of the contract.
2) 60 days deferred payment (counted from the last day of the month in which the service was provided)
3) The promoters' opening hours may vary from 8.00-22.00, from Monday to Sunday.
4) Photo reports are provided for the services of direct mailing, promoters, supervisors, presenters and balloon decoration services.
5) Project coordination is calculated on the basis of: 1 project-1 point-1 day, fixed price
6) Agency commission is calculated in%
7) The presence and use of EDM is mandatory (Kontur.Diadok / VLSI system / other)
What to upload to the ETP
1. A certified scanned copy of the final (after the stages of rewriting) proposal "TZ_Price", each sheet is signed and stamped and signed, in pdf format, one file;
2. Editable final version of the TZ_Price file, in excel format;
3. Partner card indicating the current contact details of the person responsible for providing information in this procedure, name and surname. (in full), contact phone number, e-mail - required;
4. Completed and certified "Questionnaire" file (in case of refusal to accept 1 of these points, it will be additionally considered to disqualify the applicant)
5. TIN, KPP, Charter, current accounts. Reporting, Help on the average headcount, Information on the application of the tax system.
The documentation from the participant must necessarily comply with the general requirements for the downloadable documentation.
This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, and is not subject to Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
