Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
• Post-payment: Payment for services is made upon completion of the work and their acceptance by the Customer.
• Monthly billing period: All services performed and accepted during the calendar month are summed up, and the Customer pays based on the results of the billing period.
• Fixed cost of services: The cost of each service, as well as the procedure for its execution, are pre-agreed between the Customer and the Contractor before the start of work.
• Prepayment (if necessary): In exceptional cases, if an advance payment is required for the implementation of a particular service (for example, for the purchase of licenses, specialized materials), the amount of the advance payment does not exceed 50% of the cost of this service. The amount and conditions of such prepayment are discussed and agreed individually with the Customer.
