There must be experience in promoting international gaming IT brands.
1. It is mandatory to have a pool of loyal specialized media and general media. (a list must be provided — tasks will be set based on it).
2. Knowledge of the media market — both traditional media (business, socio-political, entertainment, lifestyle) and new media formats: social.networks, blogs and forums. (provision of completed projects).
3. Knowledge of both the international and Russian gaming industry.
4. Experience in developing a brand PR strategy.
5. Confirmed experience in promoting product categories is required: gaming peripherals (keyboards, mice, monitors, gaming accessories, etc.)
6. Experience in implementing offline and online media events at the federal level

Tasks of a PR agency:
1) Development and implementation of the annual PR strategy of the brand aimed at the formation of knowledge growth, positive image and increase in brand sales in the topic of gaming and IT.
2) Initiation of publications in the pool of loyal media.
3) Initiation of publications in the media on a barter basis.
4) Performance of monthly KPIs from the 3rd month of work after the conclusion of the contract:
• Online – 50 publications in online publications and social networks.networks that are indexed by Similarweb and have monthly traffic of at least 250,000 people. The coverage is agreed with the customer.
5) Preparation and writing of press releases: at least 3 press releases per month (at least 2500-5000 characters with spaces each release).
6) Creation (and regular updating) of a pool of loyal media and bloggers/streamers.
7) The brand's participation in Moscow and regional events as a sponsor on a barter basis.
8) Development and organization of at least 2 press events per year within the framework of the supplement.budget for each event.
9) Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on the work done, including:
• quantitative and qualitative analysis of publications, analysis of PR publications of 5- selected competitors;
• press clipping;
• data from the media catalog (media index by publications, number of originals and reprints);
• data from wordstat, which shows how brand awareness is growing.
10) Submission of reports in presentation format at least 10 calendar days following the reporting period.

The procurement organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals at any stage, without incurring any liability to the participants in the procurement procedure or third parties to whom such an action may cause losses.
