Selection of a pool of suppliers for online and offline events and special projects to promote the employer's brand in order to hire candidates for Avito
We invite you to take part in the preliminary qualification selection (Prequalification of Bidders) of service providers for organizing events of special projects to promote the employer's brand in order to select and hire candidates for the Avito company.
As part of the bid, you must provide:
- completed questionnaire in Excel format
- company presentation
- description of the relevant experience requested in the questionnaire
Based on the results of the prequalification, a short list of suppliers will be identified for the invitation to tender procedure in order to conclude a contract for 12 months with the possibility of prolongation.
Following the results of the tender, a pool of suppliers will be formed and framework contracts will be signed.
This request is not an invitation to conclude an agreement (offer), is not a competitive bidding process, tender or public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Avito (KEH Ecommerce LLC) reserves the right not to choose a winner under this procedure and not to accept any of the proposals received.
