Dear Sirs!
LLC "Industry" asks you to consider the possibility of providing a commercial proposal for laboratory and analytical studies of geological samples "Study of the material composition of rocks and ores."
The detailed requirements for this project are reflected in the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1 to this letter).
If you are interested in performing these works, please provide a commercial proposal in the obligatory form - an offer card (Appendix No. 2 to this letter) with a cost estimate for the work performed no later than November 17, 2020 at 17:00 Moscow time.
If you have any questions about this project, we ask you to formulate all the questions in a single letter no later than November 12, 2020.
We will be grateful to receive a commercial offer within the specified time period on the B2B electronic platform (https://www.b2b-center.ru/).

Be sure to attach:
1. Appendix No. 1 - Terms of Reference - 1 copy;
2. Appendix No. 2 - Map - proposal - 1 copy;
3. Appendix No. 3 - List of mechanized vehicles and stationary equipment - 1 copy;
4. Appendix No. 4 - Draft contract - 1 copy

This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
