Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Customer within 90 (ninety) calendar days after signing the certificates of completed works. Certificates of completed works can be, both for a certain amount of services rendered, and for a certain period, for example, a month. Other payment options are being considered, the assessment of which will be given in conjunction with other terms of work (total cost, terms, etc.).
The date of payment under the contract is the date of debiting funds from the Customer's current account.

The number of protocols and the form of presentation of measurement results (analyses) is determined (agreed) by the Customer, if this does not contradict the scope of laboratory accreditation:
1. Sampling protocols for each source, point, sample.
2. Measurement protocols of industrial emissions at emission sources with mandatory indication of concentration and emission (mg/m3, g/sec).
3. Protocols for determining the efficiency of gas cleaning equipment with a conclusion (efficiency rating in %).
4. Protocols for measuring harmful substances in atmospheric air at the border of the SPZ and in the residential area with mandatory indication of concentration (mg/m3).
5. Protocols for analyzing wastewater and natural water.
6. Protocols of wastewater biotesting with test results.
7. Protocols for the analysis of wastewater according to microbiology indicators with an expert opinion on the results of laboratory tests.
8. Protocols of measurements of harmful substances in atmospheric air at the boundary of the SPZ of the KPL pond-sump (Shipunikha River), calculation of emissions (g/sec, t /year) based on the measurement results.
- Working conditions:
1). If the intended measurement results lie outside the range of values of the methods established in the field of laboratory accreditation, the laboratory is obliged to involve a third party with a wider range of values of the methods in accordance with the scope of accreditation, if such methods have been developed and certified. The output of results outside the range of values is formalized by an additional conclusion (calculation).
2). If there is no release from the ISA during the year (conservation, liquidation of ISA, etc.), it can be replaced with another ISA (similarly for other sampling and analysis sites).
3). Upon receipt of the Customer's bids for unscheduled measurements, the Contractor plans field trips based on the customer's own resources and recommendations. For convenience, bids can be combined into one exit or split into several departures, depending on the volume of bids.
4). Deadlines for unscheduled measurements in the absence of urgency – 10 working days from the date of receipt of the bid. Deadlines for urgent measurements – according to the deadlines specified in the bid, but not more than 5 working days. Urgency may be provided by the terms of the contract being concluded. At the same time, specific payment terms are prescribed in the contract. Failure to execute the bid is a violation of the contract.
5). The frequency of visits to sampling sites is at least twice a month.
6). Deadlines for the provision of measurement protocols – within 10 working days from the date of the measurement.
