No advance payment is provided. The Customer pays for the work performed by the Contractor in

- 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Acceptance Certificate of completed works (form CS-2) and a Certificate of the cost of completed works and costs (form CS-3) on the basis of the invoice and if the Customer has duly executed documents specified in clause 6.1 of the Contract.
