7. The basic conditions of the concluded
following an open request for proposals for the
contract are as follows:
The volume of work performed (provide services)
and the place of execution of works (provision of
services), in strict accordance with the terms of
reference, which are annexed to the RFP
documentation.

Payment on the fact of fulfilled works, including

acceptance of deficiencies within 30 calendar days
from the date of signing by the parties of the
taking over certificate of executed works, the
value determined in accordance with the
specification, subject to the provision of
invoices (bills).
A warranty period of 6 months from the date of
acceptance of the executed works.
Prices quoted in the specification are fixed and
not subject to recalculation. In case of need for
nodes, units and spare parts not included in the
specification, the customer has the right to
purchase the product at the market price at the
time of her leave the contractor within 10% of the
cost for the whole period of their execution (
limit).
The customer shall as necessary in carrying out
repairs listed in the specification of the
vehicles and special arrangements apply (e-mail or
fax) to the contractor for repair in a period not
later than 5 (five) calendar days prior to the
anticipated date of commencement of the works.
If the contractor considers appropriate to use
second-hand materials, equipment, spare parts
(hereinafter referred to as the materials), the
replacement must be carried out in consultation
with the customer, provided that the guarantee
obligations and the cost of these materials shall
be 50% of the cost of new materials described in
the specification.

6,113,580.00 rubles, including VAT 18%. Party open

on this lot based on the results of this procedure
of open request of proposals, which is indicative

costs, the cost of the package: 6,113,580.00 rub.
In order to determine the winner and for the
further implementation of the treaty relationship

the total amount obtained by adding up the price
for 1 unit. for each item specified in the
