Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided.
Payment for the work performed shall be made on the basis of the primary accounting signed by the Parties not earlier than 30 (thirty) and not later than 40 (forty) calendar days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the invoice for payment [and the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation].

Payment is made minus the guarantee deduction in the amount of 5% of the cost of the work performed. Payment of the guarantee deduction is made on the basis of a document signed by the Parties confirming the end of the warranty period, no later than 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the invoice for payment.
