Auto-extension

Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided.
Payment for the work performed is made on the basis of a primary accounting document signed by the Parties with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 40 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Customer of a payment invoice and an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.

Payment is made minus the guarantee deduction in the amount of
5% of the cost of the work performed. Payment of the guarantee deduction is made on the basis of a document signed by the Parties confirming the end of the warranty period, no later than 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the invoice for payment.
Delivery terms:60 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
