Auto-extension

Payment terms:
payment of the Contract price (completed Works) is made by the Customer in the following order:
Payment for completed and accepted Works at the Stage of work minus the Guarantee deduction (in proportion to the cost of accepted works) is made by the Customer upon completion of the Stage of Work under the Contract with a delay of 30-60 calendar days (within 7 working days if the Bidder is an MSP) from the date signing by the parties of the Act of Delivery and acceptance of the completed Works (form No. KS-2), subject to the absence of claims and requirements on the part of the Customer for the quality and timing of the work performed, as well as the submission by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of the following documents:
- invoices;
- the act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works (form KS-2), signed by the Parties;
- certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties.
- invoices.
The Customer pays the accumulated Guarantee deduction in the amount of 5% of the cost of Work on all Stages of Work after completion of all Work under the Contract with a delay of 30-60 calendar days (within 7 working days if the Bidder is an MSP) from the date of signing the Act of Delivery and acceptance of completed work on the last Stage of Work under the Contract, subject to submission by the Contractor to the Customer (the Customer has) a complete set of the following documents:
signed by the Parties of the acts of delivery and acceptance of the work performed at all Stages of the Work under the Contract;
account;
minus the amounts deducted from the Warranty Deduction due to the satisfaction of claims and claims by the Customer in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
Settlements under the Contract are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
