Payment terms:Payment of correct and indisputable invoices is made by transferring funds to the Applicant's settlement account after 60 (sixty) calendar days, but no later than 65 (sixty-five) calendar days, from the date of mutual signing without comments:
- Acts on the fulfillment of mobilization to the Customer's facility;
- Acts of demobilization from the Customer's facility;
- Certificates of acceptance of completed works in the form of KS-2 NKL;
- Certificates of the cost of work performed and costs in the form of KS-3 NKL;
- Certificates of completed works on current (capital) repair and development of wells, with allocation of volumes of completed works by name and number of the license area (field);
- The original invoice to the certificates of acceptance of completed works in the form of KS-2 NKL.
