Payment terms:Payment for the completed works is made by the Customer on the 30th calendar day from the end date of the month of work on the basis of the act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works signed by the Parties without comments and provided that the Customer receives the duly executed documents listed in clause 7.7. of the Contract. Payment is made on the last day of the period specified in the contract as the due date. If the due date falls on a non-working day, the payment is made by the Customer on the first working day following the non-working day
