Payment terms:
Payment of works is made in the amount of 90% within 45 calendar days from the date of submission by the Contractor of the invoice after the Customer signs the certificates of completed works.
The final calculation in the amount of 10% of the cost of the works is made by the Customer after the complete completion of all works under the Contract, including the elimination of defects and defects identified during the acceptance of the subject of the Contract (from the date of signing by the Customer of the Commissioning Certificate (KS-11).
