Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of work performed under the contract shall be made by the customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of acts of acceptance of the executed works in form of COP 2, the value of work performed and costs form COP-3, based on issued by Contractor invoices. If the cost was lower than the contract, the final calculation is performed with the adjustment.
