8. The basic conditions of the concluded
following an open request for proposals for the
contract are as follows:
The volume of work performed and the place of
execution of works-in strict compliance with
technical requirements, which are annexed to the
RFP documentation.
The deadline for the commencement of the
works-not later than 5 days from the moment of
signing the contract. The deadline for the
completion of construction, commissioning not
later 15.04.2018 g. Deadline for completion of the
Treaty is not later 30.04.2018 g. For completion
of construction works is the date of the signing
of the Act of acceptance by the customer of the
finished construction of the object of the Working
Commission on the form of COP-11. For completion
of the works by the contractor under the contract
is the date of approval of the Contracting
Authority Act of commissioning (the Act of

Payments on completion of the contract shall be
paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the
date of signing of the Act of putting into
operation (acceptance of finished construction

Calculations according to the present contract are
carried out payment orders by transferring money
in rubles to the bank account of Contractor
specified in this agreement or otherwise agreed by
the parties. Excess volumes and Contractor costs

expense, provided that they are not caused by
failure of the customer's obligations. Invoices
are billed to the customer by the contractor in
accordance with the legislation of the Russian
Federation.
The Contractor undertakes to: Deliver to the
construction site equipment and materials, as well
as their acceptance, unloading and storage. Prior
to the production of works registered in the
established order permission to move a
construction and demolition waste, ground
transportation, as well as transportation for
construction and demolition waste disposal on
specialized sites transportation of soil according
to the permissions. Erected on the territory of
the worksite all temporary facilities required for
the proper storage of materials and equipment, as
well as the performance of the work under this
contract. Implemented in accordance with the
established procedure, the provisional accession
of communication for a period of execution of
works and newly constructed communications
connection at the connection points within the
framework of a project document. To obtain the
necessary permits and registration of the rights
to use adjacent to the construction site of a
territory for the purpose of performance of works
(delivery and storage of materials, vehicles,
etc.). Provide content and cleaning the
construction site and the adjacent territory. Take
out within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date
of signing of the Act of acceptance of a complete
object construction beyond its construction site
machinery, equipment, materials and other
property.
Transportation, receipt from suppliers of
materials and equipment purchased by the
contractor, their unloading, warehousing, storage
carried out by and at the expense of the
contractor.
The contractor is responsible for packing,
loading, transporting, receiving, unloading,
storage of materials required for construction of
the facility to work on the Act of acceptance of a
complete object construction prijomochnoj the
Commission, under the form of COP 14. Work is done
dependent contractor. Equipment and materials used
by the contractor in carrying out works must
comply with the list of materials and equipment
specified in the project and working
documentation.
All are used to perform the work under this
contract must comply with the equipment and
supplies required normative and technical
documents as well as have the appropriate
certificates, technical data sheets, certificates
and other documents proving their quality. Copies
of these certificates and other documents should
be submitted to the contractor suppliers not later
than 15 (fifteen) working days prior to the
commencement of works carried out using these
materials.
All used equipment and materials must be new,
i.e. not in operation, not remanufactured and not
collected from reconditioned components, be
complete, have passports and certificates of
quality manufacturers meet the stated on draft
specifications, serial and freely available in
Russia, as well as production time not earlier
than 4 quarter of the year 2017. The risk of
accidental loss of or damage to the equipment and
materials before delivery to the construction site
brings the party upon whom the obligation to
deliver relevant equipment and materials.
Quality assurance applies to all parts and work
performed by the contractor under this contract.
The warranty period of normal operation of the
facility (no accidents due to violation of the
technological parameters of its work, within the
design parameters and modes) and engineering
systems, equipment, materials and works installed
36 months from the date of signing by the parties
of the receipt of a complete object construction
prijomochnoj Commission on the form of COP 14. If
during the warranty period defects, mistakes on
the part of the contractor, the contractor is
obliged to fix them at its own expense and in the
time frame agreed with the customer or reimburse
the customer the cost of fixing them.
On completion must be fulfilled: environmental
and fire protection activities under the project
document; waste arising from construction works.
Final placement or dumping of waste at the site is
not allowed.
The risk of accidental loss of or damage to an
object in a part of the scope of work, confirmed
by the signed acceptance acts of works done
according to the form of COP 2, pass to the
customer upon signing of the acceptance of the
executed works in form of COP 2.
9. Cost of the contract (price) amounts to
2,759,704.39 rubles, including VAT 18%. If in the
application form indicate the value of products
without VAT, Purchase Commission to compare
quotations of participants will be to adjust

10. A participant purchases can be any Contractor
that is the subject of small and medium-sized
businesses. Claim victory in this procurement
